Matthew Wehbe

Matthew Wehbe
Matthew Wehbe is the principle physiotherapist and owner of Five Dock Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre. He qualified from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy).

Although Matthew Wehbe has worked at Five Dock Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre since 2001, in his years prior to owning and running our clinic Matthew also worked at the NSW Institute of Sports Medicine and provided match day physiotherapy for various sporting teams including West Harbour Rugby Union Club, Marconi Stallions Soccer team, and a range of Winter Super League Soccer Clubs over the years. Matthew was the Head Physiotherapist at Sydney United Football Club in the NSW Premier League from 2004 to 2008, and the Head Physiotherapist at APIA Leichhardt Tigers Soccer Club in 2010.

With this vast experience, Matthew enjoys treating all areas, particularly shoulder injuries, neck and back pain, sports injuries and rehabilitating people after surgery.

Matthew is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia, Physiotherapy Business Australia and Sports Physiotherapy Australia.

Brittany Michael

Brittany Michael first joined Five Dock Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre in 2007. Whilst finishing off her physiotherapy degree Brittany helped manage the front desk and also worked as a physio assistant. Brittany now works at our clinic as a fully qualified physio having completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney.

Brittany has provided physiotherapy sports coverage on match days for the APIA Leichhardt Tigers Soccer Club and currently provides netball coverage for the Inner West Netball Association. She has a keen interest in sport, having played Netball for over 13 years, as well as Touch Football and Oztag for 7 years.

As well as having a great interest in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, Brittany enjoys treating paediatric conditions (Children) and Women’s Health physiotherapy including the pain and dysfunction associated with pregnancy. She currently runs Gentle Exercise & Falls Prevention classes for the seniors of our community and also runs Pilates classes for all ages.

Brittany is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Australia, and Sports Physiotherapy Australia.
