Olivia completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney following a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. As a Physiotherapist Olivia uses both hands-on techniques and exercise prescription, and she has a strong belief in patient education and evidence-based practice. Olivia aims to provide individualised physiotherapy programs to achieve her patients goals, improve their symptoms and prevent re-injury.
Olivia has a particular interest in rehabilitation of sports injuries, back and neck pain, and women’s health conditions such as pre and post-natal physiotherapy. She is accredited in Clinical Pilates/Core activation training both for individual and group sessions.
Olivia has a history of involvement in many sports such as netball, volleyball, hockey, indoor and outdoor soccer, and oztag. She now enjoys keeping fit and active through the gym, yoga, pilates and HIIT training. In her spare time she enjoys the beach, gardening, cooking, spending time with her friends, family and pets, and getting creative with various art projects. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
