Rebecca Beuk

Physiotherapist

Rebecca completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney. As a Physiotherapist Rebecca uses both hands-on techniques and exercise prescription, and she has a strong belief in patient education and evidence-based practice to get her patient’s amazing results. Rebecca aims to provide individualised physiotherapy programs to achieve her patient’s goals, improve their symptoms and prevent re-injury.

Rebecca has an interest in rehabilitating common musculoskeletal complaints including sports injuries, neck and back pain, and has a clinical interest in Pilates. She is accredited in Clinical pilates/Core activation for both individual and group sessions.

Rebecca has a history of involvement in multiple team sports including soccer, netball, and oztag. She has a particular interest in the varying forms of Martial Arts and recently competed abroad at the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu World Championships. Rebecca enjoys staying fit and strong continuing her Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training and complimenting this with training in the gym. In her spare time, Bec enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, and socially enjoys rock climbing, spending time outdoors, being a foodie, and cooking. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
